WITTON Albion were denied a share of the spoils from their meeting with Warrington on Boxing Day after substitute Jack Mackreth scored in stoppage time.
Yellows had taken the lead during the early exchanges when Jack Dunn curled a shot out of goalkeeper Greg Hall’s reach.
However Carl Macauley’s men levelled in the moments before the break after Town custodian Charles Albinson had clumsily hauled Rob Hopley to the floor.
James Foley converted, scoring his 13th goal of the campaign.
Who stood out for you in Witton’s colours?
