WINSFORD Saxons reserved their place in the Crewe and District League's AJ Cooke Trophy last four on Saturday following a convincing win at Sandbach Curshaws.
Ste Hughes netted a hat-trick, and Josh Oakes was on target too, in a 4-0 victory.
Barnton Wanderers made light work of Winnington Avenue in their quarter-finals encounter at Jubilee Field, where nine visiting players got their names on the score-sheet in a 10-1 win.
Craig Smith bagged a brace, while goals from Joel Baker, Nathan Lang, Ethan O'Hagan, Simon Smith, Mark Southam and Steve Wright completed a rout.
Daniel Pricop claimed a consolation for the hosts.
In the Premier Division, Shaun Bradley marked his return from a suspension by notching a hat-trick for Clock Tower at Sandbach Town.
However they still slipped to a third defeat in four matches.
