BARNTON Wanderers moved clear of hosts Winnington Avenue during the second-half of their derby encounter in the Crewe and District League's top-flight at the weekend.
Doubles for Ethan O'Hagan, Jamie Pasquille and Rob Campbell secured a 6-0 win for the defending champions at Jubilee Field.
It was a much closer affair at Knights Grange, where Winsford Saxons edged out neighbours Over 3 Grange by the odd goal in five.
Matty Clarke, a midfielder hoping to break back into Northwich Victoria's starting line-up before long, continued his return from a long-term injury with a goal for the victors.
Ste Hughes and Greg Lumsden were on target too, while Mason Farrell and Dean Mundy replied for Over.
Clock Tower endured an afternoon to forget when they went down 5-0 at Tarporley Victoria.
