LOSTOCK won on the road for the first time since the season’s opening week as they surprised Greenalls last Saturday.
Ryan Jackson scored both goals for the Grey Lambs in a 2-1 win that moves them to within a point of safety at the bottom of the Division One table.
Manager Ross Speight says he saw his side’s best performance of the season.
“Greenalls are good, but we didn’t let them get into the game,” he added.
“It was our day, now we need more of them.”
Lostock have not recorded back-to-back victories in the Cheshire League's top tier since August.
A trip to fourth-placed Garswood United follows this weekend, kick off 2pm.
