THERE’S nothing like a dame – oh no there isn’t!

The life and times of a pantomime dame is the festive theme for Warmingham WI’s next meeting on Wednesday, December 6 at 7.30pm.

Well known speaker and experienced dame, Richard Westcott, is expected to provide an entertaining and seasonal experience for this open meeting.

As the meeting is a festive one all are welcome.

It would be helpful if anyone wishing to come along got in touch with any member of Warmingham WI so that they can have an idea of numbers expected.

Warmingham members are able to attend a range of events and activities which continue to celebrate 100 years of WI.

It’s also the time to restart the normal round of activities including the competitive ones like scrabble, draughts and quizzes.

Warmingham WI’s first meeting of 2016 is on Wednesday, January 6.

It is a social evening provided by members and would be a good opportunity to try a meeting to see the range of activities on offer. The meeting begins, as usual at 7.30pm and visitors are welcome.

Visitors are always welcome, without having to join.

The meetings normally take place in Warmingham Village Hall (CW11 3QN) at 7.30pm on the first Wednesday of each month.
