President Wendy Cadwallender welcomed members and then introduced Hannah Sadler who had come to talk about her family’s ice cream business in Nantwich, Snugbury’s.

In 1986, a farm shop was opened by Hannah’s parents, Cheryl and Chris, in a renovated barn selling Cheryl’s home-made ice cream. In 1990, a proper organic dairy was then set up and Pete Waterman opened the new shop. More than 35 flavours are on offer. Hannah very generously brought tasters to sample. She was thanked for a very interesting talk.
