THERE are only days left to submit an application for the 2015 Salters Den competition.

If you are an entrepreneur or the owner of a new business start-up in the Northwich area your business or business idea could win a cash prize of £2,500 and 12 months business mentoring.

The closing date for entries to the competition is October 31. Full details of how to enter are available on the website www.saltersdencompetition.co.uk.

Salters Den sees local businesses Howard Worth chartered accountants join forces with Moss Haselhurst solicitors, Eric Johnson of Northwich Ltd and Natwest to form the business panel in the den.

The prize for the winner is £2,500 cash as well as one year’s free business advice and support from Howard Worth and legal mentoring from Moss Haselhurst.

There are also rewards for second and third place, with six months and three months legal and accountancy support respectively.

The judges will be inviting successful entrants into pitch their idea in the Salters’ Den in November. They will be holding panel interviews to determine the worthy winner of the inaugural 2015 competition.
