A NEW website dedicated to health and social care in west Cheshire has been launched.
The one-stop web guide offers information on health and social care services across the borough, as well as information on GPs, dentists and healthy living choices.
The project is supported by NHS Western Cheshire, The Countess of Chester Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, Community Care Western Cheshire and Cheshire West and Chester Council.
