THE Winsford Health & Wellbeing Event is set to return.
The event, organised by a partnership including Cheshire West Voluntary Action and the NHS, will take place at the Brio Winsford Lifestyle Centre on Wednesday, November 18, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
This will be the third time the event has been held, following positive feedback from previous events.
A wide range of organisations will be present, providing free information, advice, and support.
Services available will cover a broad spectrum of areas, including mental health and wellbeing, employment and skills, financial and benefits advice, carers' support, and social prescribing.
Attendees can also seek advice on family support, cost of living, physical health, free health checks, dementia support, autism support, and services for those with deaf, sensory, and vision impairments.
Social groups and community activities will also be highlighted.
The event aims to help local people discover the wealth of support available within the community, improve access to services, and encourage residents to seek help and advice early.
The wellbeing events have received positive feedback from attendees and have raised awareness of services and support available in the community.
Residents have been able to connect with organisations providing assistance in areas including health, finances, employment, caring responsibilities and social wellbeing.

The Winsford Health & Wellbeing Event is supported by Cheshire West Voluntary Action, Cheshire West and Chester, NHS Cheshire and Merseyside, Winsford Community Partnership, and the NHS Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership.
