TWO drug dealers have avoided jail after admitting supplying a hallucinogenic designer drug.

Joshua Lambert, of Old Hall Lane, Leftwich, and Ellis Hunt, of Ravencroft Street, Moulton, were arrested following a police vehicle stop check in Winsford on August 20, 2024.

Both were charged with being concerned in the supply of 2C-B, a synthetic stimulant and hallucinogenic drug which experts say has a similar effect to LSD.

In addition, Hunt was charged with being concerned in the supply of ketamine, MDNA, and cannabis, and Lambert was charged with possessing criminal cash.

Both initially denied the charges but changed their pleas to guilty ahead of a trial a Chester Crown Court.

Both returned to Chester on Tuesday, September 8, where the recorder, Alexandra Simmonds, sentenced Lambert to 33 months in prison suspended for two years.

He was also ordered to complete 200 hours unpaid work and 15 days rehabilitation activity with the Probation Service.
