A DOG training business is expanding by launching a new academy in Mid Cheshire.
The Canine Consultant, based in Northwich, has opened a dog training academy in Over Peover, offering structured full- and half-day training sessions designed to support dogs’ development and wellbeing.
It is located at Higher Farm on Stocks Lane.
Josh Wilkinson, founder of The Canine Consultant, said: "We wanted to create somewhere dogs could genuinely benefit from spending the day in a training environment.
"The academy is designed to give dogs a balance of exercise, mental stimulation, training, socialisation and settle work, while helping them build confidence and develop skills.
"We are particularly proud of the level of care we can provide, and owners can see what their dogs have been getting up to through daily photos and updates through our app."
Each dog receives a structured day including physical exercise, settle work, socialisation, and environmental training, with full-day attendees receiving 30 minutes of personalised training with a professional trainer.
Sessions are priced at £40 for a full day and £25 for a half day, with a pick-up and drop-off service available for an additional £6.
Owners are kept updated throughout the day via daily photos and updates sent through The Canine Consultant Academy app.
The Canine Consultant will continue to offer its existing services, including intensive dog training, one-to-one training and behaviour support, regular dog walking and adventure walks.
The business was founded by Mr Wilkinson, who has built a team including Khara Robinson, Sophie Screeton, Martin Bell, Daisy Southern, Cali Hutchins, Jess Slater, Dom Walsh, Nicola Tonge and Justyna Andrejanczyk.
