A POPULAR pub's live music festival has been hailed a success after attracting its biggest-ever crowd.
More than 1,000 people attended Stanley Fest 26 at The Stanley Arms in Anderton, held on Saturday, June 20, marking its highest turnout to date.
The free community music festival drew together residents, families, and visitors from across Cheshire for a day of live entertainment, food, and celebration.
Attendees enjoyed performances from Lilly Smith, Steve Slinger, Jack Arnold, and Martin Rodgerson, with the music building a lively atmosphere throughout the event.
Martin, who helped organise the festival, said: "We couldn't have asked for a better day.
"Seeing so many people come together to support Stanley Fest 26 was incredible.

"The atmosphere was amazing from beginning to end, and we'd like to thank everyone who attended, the performers, Will, Duncan, the Stanley Arms team, and everyone who helped make the event such a success.
"It was the busiest the Stanley Arms has ever been, and we're already looking forward to making the next event even bigger."
Food was served throughout the day, and the venue remained packed as crowds gathered to support live music in the community.
