Derek Hartland
It is with our deepest sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Derek Hartland on Wednesday, December 24, at home.
A beloved husband, a much-loved father, grandfather, and friend.
He will be sadly missed, although it is comforting to know that he will now be reunited with his loved ones.
Death leaves a heartache that no-one can heal, love leaves a memory that no-one can steal.
A funeral service for Derek took place at Vale Royal Crematorium on Wednesday, January 21.
Rose-Marie Nixon
Peacefully on January 16 and of Cuddington.
Rose-Marie, aged 87, the beloved wife of the late Maurice, much-loved mum of Stephen and Lisa, also a loving nanna, great-nanna and great-great-nanna, and a sadly missed mother-in-law, sister, and friend to many.

Stella Sandbach
On January 8, peacefully in hospital after a short illness, and of Comberbach.
Stella, aged 70, the beloved wife of the late Ian, much-loved mum of Carly and Michael, and proud and devoted grandmother of George, Charlie and Rocco.
A service of thanksgiving will be held at The Parish Church of St Mary & All Saints, Great Budworth, on Thursday, January 29, at 12pm followed by committal at Vale Royal Crematorium.

Margaret Weedall
On December 28, peacefully at Leighton Hospital and of Winsford. Margaret, aged 87.
Devoted wife of Roy, much-loved mum of Ray, Stewart, and Deborah, and a dearly loved nana and great-grandma.
She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.

Charles Edgar Lynes
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Edgar Lynes, who died on January 8, aged 81.
Formerly of Barnton, Warrington, and Nantwich, Charles was father to Tracey Heath, brother to Susan Mary Owen (née Lynes), and uncle to Claire, Richard, and Stephen Roberts.
Charles was known for his kindness and generosity, acting as an uncle to many beyond his immediate family.
He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by family, friends, and all those whose lives he touched.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 3, at Walton Lea Crematorium at 2.40pm.

Attendees are invited to wear a touch of red for his beloved Witton Albion or blue for his treasured Everton.

Janet Elizabeth Hember
It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Janet Elizabeth Hember on October 2, 2025.
She died in her sleep surrounded by her sons and brother. Janet will be missed by all who knew her.
As Janet wanted her body to be donated to medical science, any funeral arrangement will be arranged later.
Any donation will be gratefully accepted for the RSPCA.
