KICKSTART your engines as tickets for the Mid Cheshire Charity Scooter Rally and Beer Festival 2026 are about to go on sale.

For the second year at Northwich Rugby Club on Moss Farm Leisure Complex, scooter fanatics from all over the country will be pootling into town on their mirror-clad mean machines.

Happening on Friday, July 31, and Saturday, August 1, the event includes live bands, DJs, two bars, a market, competitions, stalls, food outlets, merchandise, and an unforgettable festive atmosphere.

At the heart of it all is Saturday’s scooter competition, which sees hopeful owners pit their cherished mounts against allcomers in a wide variety of categories.

Visitors who bring tents get camping in with their ticket price, but there is an additional charge for campers and caravans.

Tickets go on sale on Sunday, February 1 - for more details, including prices, visit the festival's website.

While the event naturally attracts scooter enthusiasts, there is plenty to see and do for anyone.

The event is run by the Northwich Rotary Club, with all this year's proceed donated to the charity, Cheshire Autism Practical Support.

Northwich Rotarian and Omega Squad member, Tim Henshall, said: “The atmosphere is just fantastic.

“It’s all about fun, camaraderie, and enjoying being part of the scooter scene.

“We try to make it a family affair, especially on the Saturday, when we get most visitors.”
