DRIVERS are being warned of an upcoming three-week road closure in Kingsley.

Guests Slack, which is a section of Norley Road between the junctions of Delamere Road and Crooks Hill, will be closed around the clock starting on Monday, January 19.

The closure has been requested by Colas Ltd, which will be building new drains in the area, after which the road will be resurfaced.

It is understood the road will also be closed to pedestrians throughout the period.

While no through route will be available, access will be maintained for residents, businesses, and emergency services.

An alternative route has been suggested via The Brow, Brookside, Top Road, Hollow Lane, The Cross, and Norley Road.
