The countdown to Christmas continues as week five of the advent of competitions opens, bringing three new prizes for readers to try their luck at.

The luxury prize this week is a Christmas Joy hamper from Cartwright & Butler. It includes a mix of sweet and savoury seasonal items such as cheese and chilli shortbreads, cranberry and orange mini mince pies, gingerbread fudge and winter spiced shortbread rounds, along with coffee, tea, florentines and hot chocolate.

Those interested in health and fitness can enter for a Fitbit Inspire 3, which comes with a six-month membership. The device tracks daily activity, sleep and heart rate, and includes a range of exercise modes and mindfulness features. It is water-resistant and has a battery life of up to ten days.

A third competition offers a £100 M&S e-gift voucher, which can be used across food, clothing, homeware and other items.

These competitions are open exclusively to subscribers. To be in with a chance, visit the competitions page and submit your entry.
