AMATEUR photographers were up on early to capture the early sunrise on the summer solstice.
Members of Guardian Camera Club and newspaper readers shared their stunning sunrise shots on the longest day of the year - June 21.
The Camera Club is a supportive and friendly group of amateur and professional photographers and as well as submitting photos taken recently, members also take part in regular themed challenges like extreme weather, feathers and bluebells as well as above and below, pets and parks in springtime.
