The caller, Cruttenden’s husband, reported that she had attacked him outside the property.
Following the incident, Cruttenden sat on the bonnet of the victim’s BMW, preventing him from leaving and causing £504 worth of damage in the process.
Officers attended the scene and Cruttenden was arrested.
The 43-year-old pleaded guilty to assault by beating and criminal damage.
At Warrington Magistrates Court on Friday (November 15) Cruttenden, of Bunbury Close, was handed a 12-month restraining order.
The order prevents her from contacting her husband, who she was separated from at the time of the offence, as well as another specified individual save from through a solicitor, social services, the family court or under the terms of an already agreed co-parenting order for child contact only.
Cruttenden must also pay a £1,277 fine, compensation of £144, costs of £200 and a surcharge of £511.
