THE cheapest and most expensive areas to buy property have been revealed.
A new report has ranked every neighbourhood in Cheshire West and Chester based on their average house price for the year ending March 2024.
The Property Report, put together by Online Marketing Surgery and Cardinal Steels, uses data from the Office for National Statistics.
‘Winsford Central’ was found to be one of the cheapest areas to buy, with a median house price of £146,500.
At the other end of the scale, Tarporley and Eddisbury Hill is the most expensive area, with homes costing an average of £525,000.
