A 62-YEAR-OLD woman from Lostock Gralam left another woman lying unconscious in Witton Street after knocking her down with an upper-cut.
Susan Lloyd, of Silverlea Road, attacked her victim outside the Witton Chimes pub where the two women had been watching football.
CCTV from the pub shows them inside talking amongst their respective friends, before calmly moving outside together.
Within seconds, Lloyd landed an upper-cut on her victim's chin, who toppled over backwards into the road, where she lay unconscious.
Lloyd then dragged her out of the road and on to the pavement by her jacket, then went back inside, picked up her drink, and carried on watching the match.
She admitted grievous bodily harm without intent at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Friday, August 23, and was due to be sentenced at Chester Crown Court on Friday, September 27.
However, His Honour Judge Steven Everett felt he didn’t have enough information about the victim’s reported ongoing health issues.
He adjourned the sentencing until Friday, November 1, while appropriate medical evidence is gathered.
