A DRUG-DRIVER has been hauled back to court after yet again getting behind the wheel while on cocaine.
Despite being caught twice previously, James Owen, of Ravencroft Street, Moulton, was found drug-driving a third time on April 6 earlier this year while awaiting punishment for the first two offences.
On this occasion, the 41-year-old was caught in a Renault Clio in Kingsmead.
A blood test revealed he had 582μg/L of Benzoylecgonine - a cocaine breakdown product - in his system, more than 11 times the legal limit of 50μg/L.
Appearing at Crewe Magistrates Court on September 9, Owen pleaded guilty to this latest offence.
Magistrates handed him another 54-month driving ban and imposed another 12-month community.
As part of the order, Owen must complete 120 hours of unpaid work.
