FIREFIGHTERS were called to help get a patient into an ambulance.
A large emergency service response was sent to Saxon Crossway in Winsford this morning.
It follows reports that a person had collapsed shortly before 6am.
A spokesperson for North West Ambulance Service said: “We were called to a private address at 5.58am and took a patient to hospital.”
Around an hour after they arrived, paramedics called Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service for assistance.
"We were called to an address in Saxon Crossway by the North West Ambulance Service at 7.05am this morning following reports of a person who had collapsed,” said a CFRS spokesperson.
"A crew from Winsford, supported by a crew from Lymm, attended to assist paramedics in getting the collapsed patient into an ambulance."
