TWO teenagers suspected of county lines drug dealers have been charged.

Keenan Hughes, 18, and Vincent Potter, 18, have been formally charged after being arrested during a police stopcheck in Northwich.

Detectives from Northwich Proactive Policing Team stopped the pair on Winnington Street at around 3pm on Friday (May 17).

Hughes, of Cable Street in Connah’s Quay, and Potter, of no fixed abode, have both since been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs, namely crack cocaine.

They both also face charges of possession of criminal property and possession of a knife in a public place.

The pair appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday (May 18) where they were remanded in custody.

They are next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on June 17.
