A MAN was found dead at his home in Northwich, a court heard.
An inquest into the death of Mark Roberts was formally opened on Wednesday.
Cheshire Coroner’s Court in Warrington heard the 56-year-old was found dead at his home address in Barnton, on March 28.
Police officers attended the scene and confirmed there were no suspicious circumstances.
Jacqueline Devonish, the senior coroner for Cheshire, said she was satisfied an inquest was required due to the cause of death being unnatural.
The hearing was adjourned, with an inquest date set for September this year.
