PARAMEDICS were called to the scene of a crash near Tarporley.

Emergency services have been in attendance following a crash on Nantwich Road, which was shut as a result.

Cheshire Police arrived shortly after 8.30am this morning to find a blue Volkswagen T-Roc, a black Volvo V90 and a blue Volkswagen Transport had collided at the junction with Four Lane Ends.

A spokesperson said: "At 8.34am on Monday, March 11, police were called to reports of a collision at Four Lane Ends, near Tarporley.

"Officers attended and found the collision involved a blue Volkswagen T-Roc, a black Volvo V90 and a blue Volkswagen Transporter.

"There are no reports of any serious injuries, but the road was been closed while officers dealt with the incident.

"The road reopened at 11am."

Two Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service engines, one each from Tarporley and Nantwich, arrived at the scene at around 8.35am.

One person was helped by firefighters before being handed into the care of paramedics.

A CFRS spokesperson said: "A two-vehicle road traffic collision was attended by crews.

"One casualty was released by firefighters and handed over to the care of paramedics."

North West Ambulance Service have been contacted for further information.
