A WINSFORD man is due to appear at crown court after admitting inflicting grievous bodily harm on a person in a music venue car park.
At a Chester Magistrates Court hearing on October 20, Joe Harvey, of Gladstone Street, pleaded guilty to the offence.
The court heard the attack, on another man, had occurred on April 15 earlier this year in the car park of The Hive in Market Place.
Twenty-one-year-old Harvey will now appear at Chester Crown Court next month where he will be sentenced on a charge of inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.
The case was adjourned until November 24 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
Harvey was granted unconditional bail.
