TODAY is Better Breakfast Day aimed at encouraging people to start their day in the right way.
It's not just about reminding everyone how important the first meal of the day is, but it's also about making sure the food contains key nutrients.
Would you choose some muesli and natural yogurt? Or how about scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast?
Maybe you'd rather have smashed avocado on a bagel or a bowl of fresh fruit salad.
Earlier this year, we searched for Mid Cheshire's Best for Breakfast 2023 and we shortlisted 12 top places to start your day.
Everyone has their favourite breakfast items but we wanted to know where in Mid Cheshire serves the best breakfast food and Cafe Blu on Grafton Street took the title.
