MAGIC mushrooms were found growing at a property near Northwich.
A 34-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of importing and growing drugs in Lostock Gralam.
It comes as Cheshire Police officers executed a warrant at an address on Cedar Close on Tuesday (August 29) after receiving intelligence relating to the importation of cannabis.
During the search, officers discovered a number of cannabis plants and magic mushrooms which were being grown at the property.
Police subsequently arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of importing class B drugs, producing class A drugs (magic mushrooms) and cultivating class B drugs (cannabis).
The man has since been released under investigation while officers conduct further enquiries.
