As well as appearing in print, our death notice pages will remain online as a lasting tribute to the memory of those we have lost.

Robert Evans

The 69-year-old passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 13.

Robert will be truly missed by his family and friends. Funeral service will be held at Vale Royal Crematorium on Friday, August 11, at 1pm.

David 'Dave' Mather

The 83-year-old died on July 24. Dave was the loving husband of Joyce, much loved dad of Karen and Neil, devoted grandad to Jack, Billy, Lee, Kian and Aaron and great grandad to Mia and Freddie. Also a sadly missed brother and father-in-law.

Funeral service to be held at St Helen's Parish Church, Northwich, on Thursday, August 10, at 12pm followed by interment at Northwich Cemetery.

Richard Andrew 'Andy' Blears

Andy, formerly of Davenham, died peacefully at Lostock Lodge Care Home on July 23.

The 80-year-old was the very much loved partner of Sally; husband of the late Susan; dad of Anna, Emily and Laura; and grandad of Sam, Joe and Jack. Also a sadly missed brother and uncle.

The funeral service and committal took place at Vale Royal Crematorium on Friday, August 4.

Thomas William 'Tom' Stobart

Tom died peacefully on Wednesday, July 26, with his family around him.

The 91-year-old was a dearly loved husband, dad, grandad and great-grandad. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Thanksgiving service at Little Leigh Baptist Church on Monday, August 14, at 2pm after private cremation.

Family flowers only but donations, to be shared between Little Leigh Baptist Church and Barnton Methodist Church, would be gratefully received.

Olive Jones (née Ryder)

The 88-year-old, of Rudheath, died peacefully in St Luke's Hospice on Saturday, July 29.

Olive was the devoted wife of the late Allan, loving mother of Russell and Stephen and sadly missed mother-in-law of Jane and Alex.

Funeral service and committal at Vale Royal Crematorium on Wednesday, August 16, at 2pm.

Robert 'Rob' Price

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rob, a loving husband to Sandra and father of Claire, Nathalie and Jonathon, who passed away on July 22, aged 60.

The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 8, at Vale Royal Crematorium at 3pm.

Ian Jones

The 84-year-old, from Gladstone Street, Winsford, died in Leighton Hospital on July 20.

Ian was the loving husband of Maureen, dad to Graham, Trevor and Michael, father-in-law, Granpy, Great-Granpy and brother.

The funeral service was held on Monday, July 31.

Sal Banali

Local gentleman's barber Sal died suddenly, but peacefully at home in Winnington on July 9.

The 57-year-old was the loving son of Sabina, much loved brother of Jem and Tad, also a sadly missed uncle, great-uncle and brother-in-law.

Funeral Mass at St Bede's RC Church, Weaverham, on Monday, August 7, at 12.30pm followed by interment at Gorstage Cemetery.

Irene Daniel (née Acton) 

The 95-year-old, of Ashley, died peacefully at Lostock Lodge Care Home on July 23.

Irene was the dearly loved wife of the late William, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Jean and Tony, Margaret and Roger, Edward and Jeanne, Andrew and Mary, and Ian, also a devoted grandma and great-grandma.

Funeral service at Great Budworth Parish Church on Tuesday, August 8, at 10.30am followed by interment at Knutsford Cemetery.

Terence Kettle

The 82-year-old passed away on Tuesday, July 18.

Terence was the devoted husband to the late Doreen, caring dad to Dawn, Anthony and Terry. He will be truly missed by all family and friends.
