Drivers are being warned to expect some delays on the A556 Chester Road through Northwich this week.
According to roadwork tracking website one.network there will be lane closures on the dual carriageway starting at 9.30am tomorrow (Tuesday, March 21).
The lane closures will be in place to allow Cheshire West and Chester Council to carry out gully emptying on the road.
The works will be carried out between 9.30am and 3.30pm and will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday (March 22).
The affected stretch of the dual carriageway runs from the Davenham roundabout to the junction of Chester Road and School Lane in Hartford.
Motorists on the A556 are also being warned of further delays on Saturday, March 25, when a slow moving abnormal load will be travelling along the road.
