Crews found four wheelie bins ablaze at 7.27pm on Monday, October 31.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Police were in attendance to ensure the scene was safe for firefighters to tackle the fire using a hose reel jet.
Wheelie bins were destroyed by fire in front of a garage in a row on Alt Walk at 8.10pm.
A fire spokesman said: “The fire involved wheelie bins in front of wooden garage doors and fortunately, the fire was out when the firefighters arrived.
“They gained entry to the garage and used a thermal imaging camera to check there was no fire spread. Police attended.”
A bin was also torched half an hour later at 8.35pm on Dee Way.
Crews say the fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
A hose reel jet was used to put out the fire and police were at the scene.
