HIGH Legh Park Golf Club & Driving Range has launched a winter programme to help golfers train together during the off season.

The Train Your Game programme involves free weekly training plans all powered by the latest Toptracer range technology.

The programme has been created to target known golfers in the area, encouraging frequent winter practice and to help golfers meet and socialise with each other during the cold dark nights.

Designed by a series of top PGA professionals and fitness experts, the weekly programme, delivered directly to your inbox, focuses on a theme each week, supported by a free to access skills and drills videos.

With 24 floodlit and undercover range bays, High Legh Golf Club & Driving Range uses Toptracer technology in every bay, creating the ultimate environment for golfers to improve their game and take the guesswork out of practice.

Toptracer also connects golfers to a global community of like-minded people, so you can join in the High Legh Golf Club & Driving Range Tournament Series, as well as global digital golf challenges.

Train Your Game takes place over 10 weeks and focuses on training a different skill each week.

With a line-up of golf fitness coaches, sports psychologists, and PGA professionals, the programme gives advice about how to outwit your opponents, fitness tips to improve your drive, along with training guides and tips.

Gavin Beddow, acting general manager at High Legh Golf Club & Driving Range, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming new golfers and existing customers to our Train Your Game programme.

“We have amazing facilities which provide a friendly relaxed environment to encourage golfers to keep training and to help them train together during the winter months too.”
