IT’S Halloween – the spookiest time of the year and a day that children – and adults – like to celebrate and dress up.
Mini witches, skeletons and spiders, or ghosts, zombies and pumpkins, will be trick or treating this evening, Monday, or attending Halloween-themed parties.
