ONE lane on the M6 northbound in Cheshire has been closed after a driver ‘had a medical episode’.
North West Motorways Police have posted on Twitter that the closure is from junction 17 at Sandbach to junction 18 at Middlewich.
Congestion is building and drivers are warned to expect delays.
National Highways said the closure is ‘due to a driver having a medical episode.
“Take caution if in the area please.”
