STRUGGLING to think of where you can go pumpkin picking before Halloween?

Well we've got you covered!

Here are just eight of the pumpking patches you can visit in Cheshire.

Delamere Farm Shop

Located at Coronation Farm, Station Road, Delamere, the farm shop has a ‘Pick Your Own Pumpkin Field’ open every day until October 31 from 10am.

Last entry is 4.30pm, there is no booking required and there is free entry.

Remember your wellies or outdoor shoes!

No dogs are allowed.

Dunham Massey Farm

This ice cream farm at Ash Farm, Station Road, Altrincham, has a dedicated pumpkin patch which is open throughout October.

Opening hours for half term are 10am until 5pm.

Entry is free, there is no booking required and cash, card and contactless methods of payment for the pumpkins is accepted.

Dogs are allowed on leads and the ice cream parlour and café will also be open.

Northwich Guardian:

Tatton Park

The pumpkin patch is located at Tatton Park Farm in Knutsford but pre-booking is essential and many dates are already sold out.

As well as picking your pumpkin, you’ll get to meet various farmyard animals.

Farm opening times apply and you’ll need to pay standard farm entry, plus the price of your pumpkins.

High Legh Pumpkin Patch

Located in Wither’s Lane High Legh, this pumpkin patch is open throughout half term (please check its website for opening times).

There is no need to pre-book and there is no cost to enter but please keep in mind that no dogs are allowed.

Cash and card payments are accepted to pay for your pumpkins.

Riverside Organic

The farm’s pumpkin patch is open Tuesday to Saturday 9am until 4pm and Sunday from 10am until 4pm.

It’s free entry and dog friendly, with a pathway down to the animals.

Pumpkins are also available to buy direct from the shop.

You can find it in Manor Lane, Davenham.

Northwich Guardian:

Cheshire Potatoes

Located at Heath Farm in Tarporley, you’ll be able to pick your own pumpkins during half term – check on Facebook for exact dates and opening hours.

There is free entry and no bookings are required.

You can make your way through the maize to find the pumpkins.

Cash and card payments are accepted and there is plenty more to do on your visit.

Lambing Shed

In Chelford Road you’ll be able to pick your own pumpkins at the weekends – but be aware booking is required and dates may be sold out.

Tickets cost £1 and you are able to stay as long as you like.

The ticket price does not include a pumpkin and these are available to buy separately.

Bidlea Dairy

Pumpkin picking at Bidlea Dairy in Twemlow, Holmes Chapel, started at the beginning of October.

The ice cream farm has been busy make special new flavours of ice cream for every weekend, plus lots more goodies.
