A MOUTHWATERING clash is being anticipated in the Cheshire Football League Premier Division on Saturday.
The early pacesetters will go head head to head at Seddon Street, with second-placed Middlewich Town hosting leaders Broadheath Central at 2pm.
A victory for The Witches would take them two points clear at the top, although their visitors have a game in hand.
Chris Thomas' side go into the clash on the back of a 3-2 home win against Garswood United on Saturday.
Jamie Garner netted a 90th-minute winner, after Steven Hughes (32mins) and James Smith (58) had twice given Middlewich the lead only for Garswood to pull back through Aaron Brown (34) and Leon Arnasalam (66).
Elsewhere, Lostock Gralam bagged a 2-0 success against Winnington Avenue YC 94 at Moss Farm.
The Grey Lambs' victory came courtesy of goals from two substitutes, Thomas Brookes and Maximiliano Giani.
Lostock, who are fifth on the ladder, have no game this weekend, while Winnington visit Winstanley Warriors on Saturday, kick-off 2pm.
Winnington are also scheduled to play at Congleton Town Reserves tomorrow, Wednesday, kick-off 7.45pm.
