A disused public toilet block near the bakery where Harry Styles worked as a teenager is up for sale at £100,000.
The facilities, in Holmes Chapel, are described as having the potential to become a new commercial enterprise.
The toilet block is adjacent to the Don Alberto Italian restaurant, opposite the George & Dragon pub, and only a short distance from the W. Mandeville bakery where the former One Direction singer used to work.
Details of the Macclesfield Road property are not yet published on commercial agent William Sillitoe’s website, but its location at the centre of the popular village is expected to attract commercial developers.
John Halman, executive chairman of Cheshire estate agency Gascoigne Halman, said: "While this might seem an abso-loo-tely crazy price for a commercial property one has to consider the increasing popularity of Holmes Chapel and the potential to transform this plot of land into a new commercial enterprise.
"The redundant toilet block enjoys a rare village centre position.
"Holmes Chapel is a thriving residential community where demand for both new build and second-hand properties is incredibly strong.
"We would expect that the vendor might not achieve the whole asking price for this unit, but for a buyer with good commercial vision it certainly won’t be money down the pan!"
