A THREE-STAR bed and breakfast in Winsford could be converted into a house in multiple occupation (HMO).
Plans have been submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council to change the use of Winsford Lodge in Station Road.
If approved the 12-bedroom guest house would become a 14-bed HMO with shared kitchen and dining facilities.
Provision would also be made for a communal garden and amenity area.
There are eight existing parking spaces at the hotel and plans show these would be retained.
Winsford Lodge is currently rated at 8.6 on Booking.com and has more than 100 reviews scoring nine or better.
The deadline for submitting comments on the plans is July 18.
