YOUR furry friends will love a trip to Marbury Park this Sunday, with treats and activities on offer while raising funds for charity.

Marbury Park Dog Activity Club is hosting a charity walk on July 3 to raise funds and awareness for the Therapy Dogs Nationwide organisation.

Managed entirely by volunteers, the organisation provides visiting therapy dogs to establishments across the UK, such as hospitals, hospices, residential homes, schools, care centres and prisons.

A spokesperson for Marbury Park Dog Activity Club said: “There will be an opportunity to meet therapy dogs and their owners to find out about their valuable work in the area.

“The walk is approximately two miles long around the beautiful Marbury Park from the rangers’ office area.

“You can look out Snow White’s dwarf friends who are hiding around the route and discover the doggy treats on the way.

“There is also have-a-go agility and flyball with all welcome anytime between 11am and 3pm.”
