NOMINATIONS have been flooding in over the weekend for the best place to buy fish and chips in Cheshire – and it’s time to reveal our shortlist.

After launching our new Best of 2022 competition in Northwich Guardian, Knutsford Guardian, and Winsford and Middlewich Guardian at the end of April, we wanted to know where you think is the best place to buy fish and chips.

Lissie Wright Hair in Northwich was the first winner in our Best of 2022 competition as she took the Best for Hair title.

Next came JD’s Café in Winnington with owner John Solomon making the county’s best pie and Rebecca Collins at The Beauty Spot in Northwich is officially Best for Nails.

The Best Pub title went to The Lion in Moulton and Sharon Power at Power Fitness, Northwich, has just been announced as the Best Gym or Fitness Instructor.

Now we need your help in crowning the Best for Fish and Chips.

There are three ways to vote:

2. Name your favourite in the comments section on this article via our website = 2 votes

3. Purchase a copy of this week’s Northwich Guardian, Knutsford Guardian or Winsford and Middlewich Guardian (June 2 edition) and fill in the entry form = 5 votes
