But whether it is a late-night takeaway or a three-course meal, it is always good to check the level of food hygiene at your chosen establishment.
Here we have put together a list of takeaways in Cheshire which have received a food hygiene rating of one-star or less in 2022.
The inspections are carried out by the local authority and findings are updated on the FSA website whenever there is a new inspection conducted by the council.
A one-star rating means 'major improvement is necessary' whereas a rating of zero means 'urgent improvement is required'.
