A NORTHWICH mum-of-two is on a mission to help people struggling with the effects of long Covid, chronic fatigue and stress.

Andrea Thomas is running a three-day free online workshop aimed at helping those in need regain their energy and vitality.

The health coach has overcome a number of issues herself after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) in 1995.

Now Andrea, who also operates from Rosebank Wellbeing Centre, has developed a method of working with the body's natural rhythyms she wants to share with those struggling.

She said: "I believe our current way of living of go, go, go and busy, busy, busy has passed its sell by date, and is making (and keeping) everyone exhausted, stressed and ill.

"I believe most people want to help themselves but struggle to consistently find ways to maintain healthy habits in this chaotic, uncertain world."

Andrea, who has been blind three times, became a health and mindset coach after spending time in a wheelchair and struggling with chronic fatigue for more than 20 years.

After the death of her mother-in-law from cancer, she was determined to find the answers for herself so she could enjoy her life to the fullest.

Now following work with her own health coach and retraining, Andrea is now on a mission to help others to regain their own energy and health by supporting them to introduce more helpful habits and mindset shifts.

The aim of her workshop is to empower people to take control of their own health and energy, and to offer a fresh perspective and outlook on how we approach being busy and how to prioritise rest and reflection.

She said: "Living day to day with chronic fatigue and ill health is so debilitating but it is my belief that at its core health is simple, we have just over complicated it and we are overwhelmed with all the information out there, we have no idea where to begin.

"The method I have developed helps us to reset our energy from the inside out.

"It offers a fresh perspective when looking at our health and life. It enables us to work with our natural energy within our bodies and gives us permission to honour the ebb and flow of this energy.

"It not only works on our physical health but also our emotional wellbeing by helping us to let go of the guilt and self-judgment that we often put on ourselves when we are ill and stressed and can’t do the things we want to do.

"My hope is that other people struggling with fatigue or ill health will leave the workshop inspired, empowered and with the tools to implement change in their life now.

"Everybody deserves to feel good, enjoy consistent energy and live well, we have one lifetime and I want to empower people to take back control of their health and energy."

The online workshop takes place between May 3 and May 5 at 7pm. Anyone wishing to sign up can do so here mailchi.mp/f51577ed2a58/the-energy-reset-method.
