A MAN has been charged with drug dealing offences in Northwich after undercover police officers conducted a stop-check in the town.
Alexander Kirby was arrested yesterday, Wednesday, when plain-clothed officers conducted a stop check near to Huxley Street, Castle.
The 22-year-old man has since been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin and crack cocaine) and one count of possession of class B drugs (cannabis).
Kirby, of Pilch Lane, Liverpool, appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court today, Thursday, March 31.
He was remanded in custody and is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday, April 28.
