IF you have plans which require decent weather, then this weekend could be the time to put them into action.
The Met Office is forecasting glorious sunshine above Northwich, Winsford and Middlewich for most of the weekend, albeit with a little bit of cloud on Sunday.
Temperatures will remain mild throughout Friday and Saturday, reaching highs of about 16°C, before dropping slightly on Sunday to 11°C.
A Met Office spokesman said: "Tonight, it will be largely clear and dry, with light winds allowing temperatures to dip into low single figures leading to a patchy frost in places.
"Isolated mist or fog patches also possible, with a minimum temperature of 1°C.
"It will be a cold start on Saturday with any mist or fog patches soon lifting leaving the day fine and dry, with an ample supply of sunshine.
"It will feel warm for the time of year, with a maximum temperature of 16°C.
"It will be largely dry and settled but an increase of cloud from Sunday leading to sunny spells by day and clear spells by night. Chilly, but feeling warm in the sunshine."
