A MISSING 15-year-old girl has been found safe and well after police issued an urgent appeal to find her.
Jemima Smith, from Northwich, was reported missing from her home in Hartford at around 7.45pm last night, Monday.
Police issued a public appeal to help find her and she was located this morning.
