Firefighters tackle chimney fire
A LOG burner caused a chimney to catch fire.
Firefighters were called to a property on Dutton Locks shortly after 11.30am on Thursday.
On arrival the crew found that the fire involved a log burner.

Firefighters used a water backpack and chimney rods to extinguish the fire.
Crews then removed the log burner from the property along with debris.
Firefighters from Runcorn dealt with the incident.
