A successful event for Cheshire Gymnastics
A YOUNGSTER at Cheshire Gymnastics has completed a significant double.
Isla Smith, 10, was crowned both the North West champion and The Cheshire and Merseyside champion at the Women’s Artistic Regional Levels competition.
Coach Alisha Evanson said: “We are proud of all of our gymnasts who competed at the weekend, with medals for Meg Rees, Issy Akhionbare and Valentina Frizzelle too.
"Isla performed with absolute confidence across all four pieces and we are extremely proud of her achievements.”
Exciting times are ahead for Cheshire as they now prepare to get ready for the British Championships.
