A NEW autumn menu has been launched to celebrate seasonal produce.

Lost & Found on Princess Street, Knutsford, has introduced a selection of innovative dishes developed by executive chef Jon Mahoney, who takes inspiration from all over the world.

After starting work with the late Gary Rhodes, his 22 year career has taken him to kitchens across the UK.

Jon works closely with top quality suppliers to ensure his food's provenance and authenticity.

Black truffle croquettes and Suffolk pork and rosemary salami, seared wild caught scallops with minted peas and chorizo jam, beef ragu and mozzarella arancini with truffle and Madeira mayonnaise and whole burrata with Romesco sauce and charred padrón peppers are among the new starters.

For main courses, the menu takes diners on a culinary trip across land, river, and garden.

Oven pizzas will be back with a selection of 21-day aged steaks, cooked to perfection in the charcoal oven and served with confit tomato, triple-cooked chips, and buttermilk onion rings.

Anyone popping in for lunch or a quick bite can choose from fish finger open sandwiches to small plates of cornflake chicken with chipotle mayonnaise and jalapeños, glazed lamb ribs and bang bang cauliflower.

Guests can pair dinner with a bottle of wine from a curated list or opt for a speciality cocktail.
