POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned about a Winsford man who has been missing for more than 48 hours.
Robert Godfrey has not been seen since he left his home in the Wharton area in his silver Vauxhall Astra at around 8.30am on Monday, October 11.
Enquiries to find the 64-year-old have been ongoing and officers are becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Officers searching for him have released a picture of the car he is believed to be travelling in.

Robert is described as white, around 6ft 4oms tall, of medium build with short grey receding hair.
At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black jacket and black jeans.
Inspector Andrew Blizard said “We are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Robert, who has now been missing for over 48-hours.
“We are currently following a number of lines of enquiry and as part of the investigation I am keen to hear from anyone who believes that they may have seen him, or anyone matching his description.
“The same goes for anyone who thinks that that they may have seen Roberts’s car – an old style silver Vauxhall Astra Elite – registration number DN10 UGO.
“The car is easily identifiable as it has a poppy on the front grill. At this stage there is no information to suggest that he has left the local area.
“I would also like to appeal to Robert directly and ask him to contact us to let us know that you are OK.
"We are working closely with your friends and family who are increasingly worried about you and want to know that you are safe and well.”
Anyone with information or footage that may assist officers in finding Robert is asked to call Cheshire Constabulary on 101, quoting IML 1105328 or report it via https://www.cheshire.police.uk/ro/report
