A NORTHWICH woman accused of repeatedly turning up drunk at an address in the town and banging on the front door has been denied bail.
Serena Marie Buckley, of Albermarle Avenue, denied the charge of harassment when she appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, September 24.
The 50-year-old was said to have turned up uninvited at the address of another woman between June 16 and 18 this year and pursued a course of conduct she knew, or ought to have known, amounted to the harassment of that person.
It was said the defendant was under the influence of alcohol, banging on the door on numerous occasions, causing a disturbance.
Buckley has also denied two other charges, including assaulting a man and causing criminal damage to the property belonging to another male.
Both of those incidents are reported to have taken place in Northwich on September 23.
She returned to the same court on Friday, October 1, where her bail application was refused, and she was remanded in custody until her next appearance on October 27.
